All 14 Allergens are openly used throughout our kitchens. The chefs do cook with Celery [C], Cereals containing Gluten [G], Crustaceans [CR], Eggs [E], Fish [F], Lupin [L], Milk [M], Molluscs [MO], Mustard [MU], Tree Nuts [N], Peanuts [P], Sesame Seeds [SS], Soy Beans [SB] and Sulphites [S], and as much as we try our best to keep them from other foods, there could be traces in anything we make. OUR KITCHENS ARE NOT ALLERGEN FREE.

What is included in a Do Canapés box?
Each Do Canapés box is filled with a curated selection of bite-sized canapés, prepared fresh and beautifully arranged in our signature serve-straight-from-the-box tray. Each box serves approximately 12–16 people (or more for light snacking).
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend ordering at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability. During peak periods, such as holidays or weekends, we advise booking early to avoid disappointment.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the M50 and surrounding Dublin areas. If you are slightly further afield, just get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you deliver 7 days a week?
Deliveries are available Wednesday to Sunday. For Monday or Tuesday events, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll see what we can do.
How are the canapés packaged?
Each box is carefully packed and delivered chilled. Our tray-style packaging doubles as a stylish serving platter — no extra prep or plating required. Simply open and serve.
Do I need to refrigerate the box before serving?
Yes. We recommend refrigerating your Do Canapés box if you’re not serving it straight away. Take it out of the fridge 20–30 minutes before serving to allow the canapés to come to the perfect temperature.
How long do the canapés last?
For the best experience, enjoy your canapés on the day of delivery. However, they can be kept refrigerated and eaten within 24 hours of delivery.
Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes! We offer both vegetarian and vegan boxes. You can also request a mix of dietary options to suit your group. Please note that while we take every care, our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary needs — just let us know when ordering.
Can I customise a box for a special event?
Absolutely. For bespoke events, private parties or corporate functions, we can tailor a menu to suit your style and budget. Drop us an email and we’ll create something special together
Do you offer setup or staff?
We’re a box-based service designed for simple, stylish entertaining — no chefs or servers needed. However, for larger events, we do offer staff hire and full catering via Claire Hanley Catering. Just ask!
What's your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is one box, which contains 80 canapés and serves 8-10 people as a substantial offering or up to 16 for lighter snacking.
Can you arrange invoicing for corporate accounts?
Yes, we're happy to arrange invoicing for corporate accounts. Please contact us directly at [email] to set up your corporate account. We can accommodate purchase orders and NET 30 payment terms for established business clients.
